• Orders may not be cancelled once production of your order has begun.
• Monumental macarons will not be liable for customer errors or assumptions on custom orders.  Custom orders will be confirmed via email, in writing.
• Monumental Macarons cannot ship outside of Colorado or to PO boxes.
• Within reason based on the size and variety of the order, all orders will ship within 48 hours.  We will always strive for 24.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
•  We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.
